First you need to start with 2 pieces of card stock
First Piece will be for the drawer and measures 7" x 5 1/8"
Second Piece will be for the Outside/Sleeve of the matchbox and measures 8 1/2" x 4 1/2"
For the First Piece (drawer) you will score all 4 sides at 1 1/4"
For the Second Piece (Sleeve) You will score (placing it lengthwise) at
3/8', 3 1/8", 4 1/2" and 7 1/8"
You will then take your bone folder and fold on all the score lines to make
sure you have a nice crisp fold
You will then cut along the score lines of the First piece (box) up to the next score line
this will give you four equal flaps on each corner
You will then use sticky adhesive or double sided tape (recommended) and
place in on the outside of each flap
And also along the backside of the Second Piece (Sleeve)
You will then push the small flaps in and bring up the larger flap on the outside of the two smaller
flaps, line them up and adhere them together
Then you will take the Sleeve and line it up to the inside edge and adhere
You now have the box and the sleeve completed ....
Decorate, and slide the drawer into the sleeve ... Done!!
